Milano Comics & Games, the spring “pop” event doubles at MalpensaFiere –

The passion for video games, comics, fandoms and board games is a real mass phenomenon that involves entire generations who have grown up in cartoons and video games since the 80s.

Milan Comics & Gamesscheduled Saturday 30 April and Sunday 1 May to Malpensa Fairs in Busto Arsizio, fully responds to the growing demand for pop culture and, from this edition, doubles the spaces, creating a huge free zone where getting out of one’s daily role is not only accepted, but highly recommended. The declared objective of the event is in fact to make anyone who wishes live active and exciting experiences between tournaments, rallies, exhibitions, shows, meetings with communities in which to share interests and fun. The public will find two pavilions entirely dedicated to shows, concerts, influencers, streamers, artists, authors and thousands of square meters of stands and thematic areas for nerds, geeks, collectors, gamers and onlookers.

The large market exhibition will offer comics, manga, anime, models, action figures, games, board games, miniatures, card games, accessories, collectible gadgets and novelty products as well as play areas with collectible card tournaments and role playing games. The participation of the main national comic shops will guarantee a complete overview in the history of comics, between rarities and new international trends, while in the Artist Alley there will be space for designers, illustrators, editors and independent writers, including some students of the Higher School of Applied Art of Milan, in total 60 young emerging talents, all to be discovered.

For collectors of author comics,, in collaboration with Astorina Srl and Poste Italiane, has designed, on the occasion of the sixtieth year of publication of Diabolik (1962-2022), a special celebratory folder, dedicated to the black hero of the sisters Angela and Luciana Giussani which can be purchased at the Poste Italiane stand and signed by Riccardo Nunziati, author of the poster for this edition of Milano Comics and Games. The firmacopie is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday 8 am 11 am-1pm and 3 pm-179pm at the Dada Editore stand. In addition, 99 numbered lithographs of the poster will be produced, distributed free to the public until copies are sold out and a special postcard, again signed by Riccardo Nunziati, always in 99 numbered copies. Poste Italiane will make two special postmarks, one dedicated to Eva Kant on 30 April, the other in Altea di Vallenberg on 1 May.

Many of the guest authors at the stand of Dada Editore & Cut-UP, in addition to the aforementioned Riccardo Nunziati, also Anna Lazzarini, Tommaso Bianchi, Ivan Calcaterra and Oskar, designers for Sergio Bonelli Editore, Cut-Up and other Italian and foreign publishers, and the young mangaka Marea Artworks.

Card Games. The space where you can find role playing, card and box games. Free Dragon Ball Card Game and Digimon Card Game themed tournaments, the new game card series from the Japanese anime of the same name.


Two exciting live concerts on Sunday 1st May for lovers of cartoon theme songs.

The appointment is with the Manga Boysofficial singers of the Italian Digimon theme songs and with Stefano Bersola, also known under the pseudonym of Steph B, composer and interpreter, among the many successes, of the theme songs of Lum the girl from space, City Hunter and Super Wings. Together with the famous voice actor Pietro Ubaldi, Stefano will bring to the stage of Milano Comics & Games Anime Live a unique show – concert, dedicated to the world of cartoons and animated cinema, of yesterday and today.


Since the very first editions, cosplay has played a leading role in events. Thousands of cosplayers and prestigious names of the Italian and international community are expected at Milano Comics & Games: Dani D. Foca, Julia Loki, Alberta Avanzi, Lory Croft, Sara Siviero, Fery Lullaby, Giuditta Sartori, Runa Requiem and Jannet Incosplay who will sit on the jury of the cosplay contest scheduled for Sunday 1st May.

KST – Kpop Show Time. A dancefloor to dance and sing to K-POP music, the world phenomenon of the moment, with a dance cover crew, guests, a K-POP themed flea market and a double dance contest.

Assassin’s Creed. Gathering dedicated to Assassin’s Creed, the Ubisoft videogame saga born in 2007, which became famous also thanks to the various historical contexts in which the episodes are set. A fantasy universe made up of main video games, spin-offs, short films, books and other transmedia projects.

Genshin Impact. Gathering of the players of the action RPG set in a fantasy universe, played in the role of a mysterious traveler in search of his brother / sister, lost in the course of a mysterious event.

Rob McQuack. Raised on Dragon Ball, DuckTales and Ninja Turtles, he has lived on Pop Culture for as long as he can remember. He collaborates with AnimeClick and Tom’s Hardware.
